Sometimes you hear voices. Takuto grew up in Fuji City, Shizuoka, basking in the magic of his prefecture’s famous seafood and green tea, and gazing up at the peak of – you guessed it – Mount Fuji. From its mystical peak he drew his first inspiration. “Go and be an example to others,” it seemed to whisper – words echoed years later by a ghost onstage at an empty amphitheater in Sicily that urged him to release his voice to the world. And he took all those words to heart. What else can you say about an aspiring tenor who models himself after the 20thcentury’s most famous opera singer, Luciano Pavarotti? Good enough never is. Making a hundred people weep when he sang at his own wedding was just for starters, as Tak fully intends to perform in the world’s great concert halls one day, but his passion extends beyond music into all realms of existence. Which is why, after six years working at an in-house HR job, he took up the reins of recruitment entrepreneurship, determined to have matchless expertise and autonomy in his professional life. Where else could such principles have led him besides to us? “Ours is a community of independent but collaborative partners,” he says. “Here I can go up against the market and prove the power of the Zensho Agency business model.” Which he’s doing like a maestro. Lots of folks around here used to reckon themselves at karaoke. Not anymore. Known for his commitment, reliability, and wealth of sector knowledge, whether Tak is crooning a bel canto or simply talking industry shop, his voice is one you’ll want to hear.
