ASK ME ABOUT
The time in 8th grade when I won $300 playing Call of Duty, my professional motocross racing brother, or how I got the nickname “Hollywood.”
AND FOR THE REST OF THE STORY
Welcome back our man from The Sunshine State! Tyler rejoins us after a 2018 internship during which he showed us that plastic mice named Mickey aren’t the only ones with impressive heads to come out of Orlando, Florida, aka “The City Beautiful.” You got numbers? This guy can crunch them like granola. Dreams in spreadsheets. But there’s more to Hollywood Bailey than keeping Zensho’s finances as clean as a rose after the rain. He’s got an almost photographic memory for things that interest him, is equal parts easygoing heart and fire of ambition. An avid gamer, he intends to leverage the entrepreneurial wisdom gained from working with our tribe to one day found his own E-sports organization. Indeed, coupled with his longstanding love for Japanese culture, it was our culture of freedom and mutual support that made his return to Tokyo a sure thing. “Working at Zensho helped me realize what was truly important,” he says. “And with that I am eager to continue learning, while helping to shake up not only the recruitment industry but the entire working philosophy of Japan.” Evenings and weekends you may find Tyler cheering on his beloved Miami Heat basketball team and Arsenal FC, or continuing his quest for that ever-elusive perfect craft beer.
